Full Service Management

With our Full Service Property Management option, we will advertise your home for rent, procure a tenant, and go through the screening process with all potential tenants that have submitted applications. Our screening process includes background checks, employment verification, social security number verification, sex offender check, and credit score check.

Once we have procured a tenant, we will prepare all move-in inspections, and lease agreements. Throughout the tenancy, we will check on your home, stay in contact with the tenant, and be available for any repairs/maintenance issues. At the end of the tenancy, we will perform move-out inspections / walk-throughs to ensure your property is in the same condition as when the tenant moved in.

Tenant Placement

If you would rather manage your property yourself, Tenant Placement might be the right option for you. With our tenant placement service, we will advertise your property for rent and procure a tenant. All potential tenants that submit an application will be subject to background checks, including credit score, sex offender, employment verification, and social security number verification.

Once we have procured a tenant, we will prepare all move-in inspections, and lease agreements. Once the lease agreement is signed, we will hand the property and tenant over to you. All rent payments will go directly to you and tenants will contact you if any issues arise, i.e. workorders, repairs, etc.

Existing Tenant Management

Our Existing Tenant Management option is designed for owners who already have a tenant in their home. We will review the lease agreements and prepare a new agreement once the tenant’s lease comes to an end. With our existing tenant management option, all tenants will have to pass our application process.

Throughout the tenancy, we will check on your home, stay in contact with the tenant, and be available for any repairs/maintenance issues. At the end of the tenancy, we will perform move-out inspections / walk-throughs to ensure your property is in the same condition as when the tenant moved in. Once the tenant move out of your home, we will move to our Full Service Management to find a new tenant for your property.

Short Term Management Services

We strive to serve our military community and sometimes that means looking after your home while you’re overseas. Please contact us if you would like to know more about our short term services and how we can offer you peace of mind while you’re away. We can customize a plan to check on your vacant home as often as you’d like.

Maintenance & Rents

We do provide 24/7 Emergency Services. If a tenant is in need of an immediate repair, they will be able to contact us directly during and after business hours. For all non-emergency repairs, we are available during regular business hours.

We do require all tenants to aquire Renters Insurance to protect their personal belongings. We also offer annual and bi-annual inspections of your property. During the inspections, we look at the overall appearance of your home, and check for maintenance and/or repairs.
