RENT WITH SENTINEL

Application Fee

Thank you for considering renting from Sentinel Property Management. We look forward to welcoming you as a new tenant.

A non-refundable fee of $55 is due at the time of submitting an online application. The application fee is due for each applicant on the lease agreement. Application fees are non refundable so please read through the requirements and let us know of any questions prior to applying.

WE LOVE PETS

Pet Policy

We love pets as much as you do. Many of the properties we manage allow pets; however, most have breed and size/weight restrictions. Individual property owners have the right to deny pets at any given time.

Please let us know prior to submitting an application if any pets will be living in the home with you. Call us at (478) 550-1595.

CREDIT & INCOME

Tenant Screening

We perform credit and background checks on all applicants over the age of 18 who will be living in the home. Please read the specific requirements thoroughly prior to applying for any property as application fees are non refundable. Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.

  • Income must be 2.5x rental rate
  • Minimum 600 credit score
  • No Collections or Late Payments in the last 12 months
  • No Bankruptcy in the last 5 years
  • Clean Background/Criminal History
  • Good Rental History
  • No Co-Signers
  • No Section 8

POLICIES & REQUIREMENTS

Additional Information

To complete a rental application, you must be prepared to provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and please note that most properties require that applicant combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.
